An Unplugged Ceremony
We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged event — please silence and put away phones, cameras, and other devices during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer capturing the moment, and we’d love for everyone to be fully present as we say “I do.”

Join us for an informal evening of heavy appetizers, drinks, mini golf, and duffleboard before the big day. This is a casual drop-in event — come whenever you can and stay as long as you’d like. No formal schedule, just a chance to relax, catch up, and spend time together before the wedding.
Children are welcome and encouraged to join — just note that minors aren’t permitted after 8 pm.

We invite guests to dress in cocktail attire for the wedding celebration. As our evening unfolds in the Marie Antoinette Ballroom, you’re encouraged to have fun dressing up for the occasion.
- Suits or sport coats with dress pants — ties welcome but not required.

If the booking link shows no availability, please contact Brenna at (509) 953-9155 — that helps us know whether to request more rooms. We recommend booking early: there’s a Gonzaga game at the Arena that weekend (Go Zags!) and hotels will be busier than usual.

Parking & getting around
The Davenport offers valet parking, and several parking garages are within walking distance. If you’re staying at the hotel, everything happens on-site — and Flatstick Pub is only a few blocks away.
Flying in
The closest airport is Spokane International (GEG). The Davenport is in downtown Spokane, a short 15–20 minute ride from the airport. Rental cars are available, but most guests staying downtown will find rideshares easiest for the weekend.
Weather
Fall in Spokane is beautiful but unpredictable. Evenings run cool, so bring a light jacket for walking around downtown — all wedding events are indoors.
Are children invited?
Children of all ages are invited and encouraged to join for the wedding day. (At Flatstick the night before, minors can’t stay past 8 pm.)
